Colette McMahon NT Dip (Member of Nutritional Therapists Of Ireland)

is an established Nutritional Therapist and GAPS Practitioner and has over twelve years of experience in conducting nutritional consultations where she advises people on a wide range of health issues. Colette also conducts seminars and workshops with schools and community groups throughout County Clare. In March 2015, Colette began a weekly Nutrition slot on the Afternoon Show on Clare FM and she's gaining a reputation as a Fermentation expert with popular sell-out workshops on how to bake your own sourdough bread and how to make your own probiotics. In 2014 Colette completed training with Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride MD, writer of the best selling 2010 book GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) and is now a certified GAPS Practitioner and is running day long workshops on the GAPS diet for anyone interested in finding out more about this unique dietary approach to achieving optimum health.

Joe McMahon

has a Business Management background and has been running a successful company which specialises in sustainable and energy efficient homes since 1997. Joe is also an avid gardener as well as an excellent baker. Both Colette and Joe have trained with Sourdough Bread expert Andrew Whitley who is based in the UK.

Together Colette and Joe and their five children demonstrate over 30 years of experience in organic gardening and sustainable healthy living.
